Pen and Ink: Wrench Burger

An assignment I enjoyed in my Drawing I course was a pen and ink drawing. In this assignment, we combined two images into one, creating a crazy final product.

This assignment began with a table full of random objects. On the table were a wrench, a pine cone, and numerous other pieces. We each chose a piece and began by drawing that object.

After we had each drawn our object, we then searched for images to morph with our piece. I chose a stock image of a man eating a burger.

The final product was one I really enjoyed. I loved the goofy feel of a man with wrench teeth eating a burger. I enjoyed each phase of the assignment and especially enjoyed working with a drawing pen.
